The factory gates were not the automated sliding type, but two heavy-looking iron gates with a smaller door embedded within, designed for individual entry and exit. Just by looking at the gates, the factory indeed resembled a prison.
There were also two surveillance cameras mounted above the gates. When Gao Guang and his colleagues wanted to exit, they had to wait for the security guard to unlock the smaller gate with a key. As they filed out one by one, they listened to the clanging sound of the door shutting behind them, followed by the noise of the bolts being slid into place and locked.
This sound made Gao Guang and his workmates pause for a moment in front of the door, before the normally lively Mike suddenly said, "I feel like I've just been released from prison."
"I feel the same way."
"Exactly, it's that feeling."
