Chapter 213: Denouncement

He swallowed painfully as Nikita walked inside. Nikita was older than him apart from a few times when he was younger and they never really spoke since he liked to stay away from the younger children.

Nikita was his mate! Lavender was Nikita's cousin and he was sure, he hated him.

"You are my mate," Nikita said.

His tone was unreadable, Lyric couldn't gauge his true feelings.

"I know you are going to reject me but before you do, can I ask you for a favor"

"What is it?" Nikita asked.

"Can you take me away from here, I won't disturb you, and I won't even appear in your life anymore, just drop me in new lantern city"

"I see" Nikita replied.

"just that please and then you can reject me" Lyric begged.

"Okay. I can do that"

"Thanks" Lyric replied.

"You are welcome, see you tomorrow," Nikita told him as he left.
