Chapter 73: Ch 73: Hands off my person - Part 1

"I am heading in right now."

Zayne grabbed the door before Eris tried to stop him one last time.

"You cannot! Master said that you cannot go inside as you please. If you do, I will have no choice but to stop you."

Eris's voice was loud and clear. She also had one of her dolls out to stop Zayne in case he tried to enter the room forcefully.

If her identity had not been clear before, it was sure clear now. Eris held her ground as she looked at Zayne and the now wide-eyed Lucas behind her.

"Eris, you-"

Lucas spoke but had no time to complete his sentence before the wall behind Eris exploded, and the debris hit everyone around her.

A piercing scream made everyone close their ears before the dust began to settle down, and a huge body could be seen between the settling dust.

The spider-like creature raised two legs and seemed to want to stab someone. But the body he was fighting against was too nimble for its attacks to connect.
