Naxzi's White Power is not the same as Lavender. Lavender can calm everything, everyone around it, but his White Power can only calm limited things. Each power has its own uniqueness. Black Power is used to create a devil in a human appearance. But since Naxzi has White Power, his Black Power can't make him a devil since White purifies the impurity of Black Power, which makes him stronger than he already was.
