Chapter 98: Chapter 98: Date

"Oh my god" I breathed in surprise. The receptionist walked away after leading us to the table. The numerous candles surrounding us, made all this seem like a dream. My eyes widened as I watched the table which was beautifully decorated.

"Do you like it?" Damian asked as he took my hand in his and we approached the table. He helped me to sit, then settled in his seat in front of me.

"I love it" I admitted. His eyes sparkled as he stared at me. "This is so beautiful" I told him while staring at the table. Petals of roses were laying everywhere on the black napkin. A chuckle of excitement escaped my mouth as I stared at Damian. He was so handsome. I didn't realize how nervous I was feeling. The man sitting in front of me, still made me feel nervous. I bit my lips and stared at the water. "Thank you" I told him. I took a deep breath as I stared at the lake. Trees surrounded the lake on the other side.
