Chapter 12: CHAPTER 12 MAKING HISTORY
Flashback
Ethan POV
The battle of NY went well as per the plot. Now I am arguing with the hulk while walking down stairs.
Now it's time to cause history. This is theday that all will remember as the day that timeline changed enormously for good or for bad.
"No" "Yes" "No" "Yes" "Wait here just 1 minute.. I'll come back fast.." I said as I opened the door towards 10th floor building and used 'soru' to move hiding with the help of speed and pressed the elevator switch.
I moved to a room there with no cameras and covered my face and body with the curtain clothes to hide. I know its a very bad choice of disguise but if you look at like that Superman was able to hide in plain sight with just spectacles. And if they manage to find out the person responsible then its their as I would not leave anyone alive.
I then moved back a little bit waiting for it to open. I had sensed our dear old hydra soldiers coming down the lift. The door opened and all it took was 2 seconds to knock every one out cold and take the sceptre.
I then proceeded to remove the gem and broken the crystal revealing the mind stone. Then the stone prceeded to open my mind. The psyonic energy started to flow to my brain. It was as if I was a monkey with a stick just 2 seconds ago and now I feel like having brains greater than Tony stark.
I took the scepter and used infusion of armament haki to cut my stomach and placed the stone in my stomach which closed back together.
It is technically only because of my potential and my healing factor it took less than a minute to adapt to the pure psyonic energy produced by the stone. But I believe it will take some time to master the stones power completely.
I know this will mess up the timeline but whatever happens the Maximoff twins would still get their powers. I believe that their powers were born due to the catalyst power produced by the mind stone. Even without the stone they could awaken their powers with the necessary stress. Ho ho... I can't wait to get started.
I proceeded to join Hulk who was waiting patiently 'cough.. cough' Muttering how a bad friend I am and How puny I am and things like that and restarted the argument of who is the strongest and who actually won in the challenge.
Nick Fury POV
"Don't worry I'll say it soon before leaving today." Ethan said.
I was suddenly called by a fellow SHEILD agent, thinking it was about another super human or something about the aliens.
Sir the gem in Loki's sceptre is missing. All we have is a piece of broken metal knife.
MF check all the surveillance footage. I want to know who took the gem. We have seen what that sceptre can do. So find out which MF'er took the goddamn weapon. This is our main priority.
