Chapter 36: Xavier's Awakening

This entire event was just an annoying one, these mutants weren't fully guilty because they simply followed someone, they thought would lead them to greener pastures but they also weren't that innocent either considering that most of them came from the underworld.

The best solution here was to take them with me but thankfully, I just purchased a large island that needed a population. Walking into the rubble, I released my nanocytes as they began crawling all over the place with the rubble they passed over visibly shrinking in size.

Soon they all gathered in the place that once used to be the center of the pyramid, forming a large construct that was even bigger than the black bird. I had turned the rubble into more nanocytes to create this massive structure here. It was a massive cargo jet that will be used to transport all these people to the island to keep them safe.

"That ability of yours is a must have" Hank's voice was heard gaining the attention of everyone

"I thought you were still unconscious?" I asked him

"Turns out I can regenerate a lot faster now, Logan is awake too but I suggest you all leave him alone for now, I think the continuous burning and healing awakened some past memories" Hank said

"That's good then... you guys should help me load these guys into the jet" I requested as I began lifting the rescued villains and putting them into the newly created jet.

Several minutes later, the jet was activated and under Queen's control since my control doesn't have such reach, began flying towards the island where they would stay. The X-men and I boarded the black bird and immediately set off for the X-mansion.

An hour later, we were all back in the X-Mansion with all the injured mutants under treatment. Charles had finally awakened though was still undergoing multiple tests from both me and Hank, Hank's test was to ensure that Xavier was physically alright while I ensured that Xavier didn't have any part of En Sabah Nur in him.

"It seems we truly did wipe every last piece of him" I said with a relief as I withdrew my hand from above Xavier's head

The X-Mansion didn't have all the equipment I needed to perform a thorough mind scan… in fact I didn't know that a mind scan through technology was even possible but the Celestial Artefact came with many blessings… oh and it also observed somethings on Magic but the En Sabah Nur himself didn't research on it enough since he was already powerful enough.

"I did tell you that I was safe" Xavier said

"Well in my defence, the way you said it made it incredibly hard for me to trust you and besides that was exactly what every possessed person would say"

"Doesn't matter so what happened to En Sabah Nur"

"Katy buried him alive and Ororo blasted him to oblivion"

"I see then thank you for your help in this event, we would probably be in even bigger trouble if you weren't here" Xavier said as he sat up on the medical bed

"No worries, your X-men were more than capable of handling it entirely on their own…. I only showed a much easier way to accomplish it"

"Nonetheless… We are grateful for your help"

"You're welcome…. now let's talk business"

"What is it?"

"It's simple, I plan to relocate your school to somewhere the governments would have no jurisdiction to ever hurt you guys but in return, I would like you to sell this land to me"

"What?" Xavier asked in surprise

"Yeah, the government already blame today's incident on you guys and have already sent some men here so I doubt that you guys are truly safe here"

"You can't just expect me to leave my father's house in your hands nor do you expect us to just leave our lives here behind"

"Well yes, you guys have no real life here… most of these children haven't even seen the outside world due to the prejudice against them, I am proposing to put them in a place where they would be able to be themselves… a mutant nation if you will… I have already set up the place for your arrival. All that is needed is your approval and the students would be shifted" I explained

Honestly to me, the only problem the X-men had was that Xavier had too much hope in humanity despite us showing him that such hope is wasted on us. The X-Men was his attempt to create show the mutants in a new light and while it worked with most people it was also the reason why many anti-mutant groups had risen up.
