Chapter 93: Chapter 93: Time Variance Authority
If the TVA is like what the other person said, the people working for them aren't very strong. Even though they aren't terrible, at least the ones who showed up in front of Jack were all pretty good. Bucky might not be able to beat them even if he fought them one on one.
Jack picked up the small stick that had fallen to the ground and observed it for a moment. One end of the stick had a small light, and this thing lit up with a purple light. Bucky touched it and ended up like this.
