The Hell Dimension.
In the far west, there is an expensive castle that stands out against the hellish environment.
This is the famous palace of the Lord of Hell, Mephisto.
However, his recent mood hasn't been great, and even his lowest-ranking demonic servants can sense it.
As one of the rulers of Hell, Mephisto is extremely arrogant.
Although there are several others of his level in Hell, he has never regarded them highly. If his plans worked, he would be in control of the whole Hell Dimension.
Unfortunately, He ran into a problem that hadn't been expected.
Not only did he lose his hard-trained Ghost Rider, but he was also robbed of the opportunity to get Chaos Magic.
To make matters worse, during his usual manipulations in a certain universe, he had trouble encountering Chthon.
Even though he seemed in a rather bad condition at the time, as if someone had beaten him up, he was still not someone Mephisto could handle.
So, after being given a lesson, he returned to a bad state.
He would not be in such a bad state if he had not been hurt before, had not lost his Ghost Rider, and had been able to get the Chaos Magic.
And it was all because of that man.
Sitting on the throne, Mephisto felt more and more frustrated the more he thought about it.
Just at that moment, a demon walked into the hall.
Without thinking, Mephisto slapped the poor demon, but before the demon could understand what was happening, a massive hand dropped from above and turned him into a pulp.
"Ah! That felt good."
Mephisto breathed a sigh of relief, and his expression improved slightly.
"Oh, why so irritable? Are the harvesting souls not going well lately?"
A second voice suddenly resounded in the hall, sending a chill down Mephisto's spine.
He was all too familiar with that voice, and it had even been haunting him in his dreams these past few days.
It was unbelievable but true.
He looked towards the center of the hall, and sure enough, that despicable man was really here.
"You! How dare you come here!"
Jack looked at his surroundings as he casually walked around Mephisto's house.
Mephisto's taste was surprisingly good. He must have contracted several skilled architects; otherwise, the palace wouldn't be so magnificent.
Hearing Mephisto grinding his teeth, Jack finally turned to face him.
"I didn't want to come either. Hell isn't a nice place. But I need to get something from you, so..."
Jack shrugged to show his problem.
Mephisto felt his brain might explode. He had never seen anyone so bold in his palace before.
However, soon a grin across his face because he seemed to have realized something.
He could seek revenge.
This was Hell, and Jack happened to be in his palace.
Just outside the palace was an army of demons who were loyal to him. With a single order, they would rush in and cut Jack to pieces.
The time was right, the place was in his favor, and his loyal army was all on his side.
It was as good as a winning hand in poker.
So, tell me, how could he lose?
With this thought in mind, Mephisto suddenly felt a sense of relief.
His back was no longer sore, his legs no longer hurt, and even the lingering pain from his previous encounter with Jack seemed less intense.
"You're arrogant, but this is my territory. Do you think you can humiliate me as you did before?"
Mephisto sneered at Jack, hoping to see embarrassment or nervousness on his face.
To his disappointment, Jack didn't show any of the emotions he expected.
Instead, his gaze made Mephisto extremely uncomfortable.
It was a kind of... pity?
Mephisto became uneasy because no one in Hell had ever shown that expression before.
Suddenly, another figure appeared from behind Jack. Mephisto's expression got even darker as he realized who it was after his first surprise.
"Give my children back to me!"
Wanda stared fiercely at the man on the throne. She had doubted it before, but now she fully believed what Jack had told her.
Her two children were fragments of the soul of Mephisto, the Lord of Hell, purposefully placed on Earth by him.
In other words, the children she had created in Westview were not entirely fake.
As long as she could grab those fragments from Mephisto, Jack could help turn the soul fragments into living children.
And clearly, they needed to find Mephisto to complete that. Well, here they were.
It should be mentioned that beings from the physical universe normally cannot enter the Hell Dimension, but Doctor Strange has helped them.
Currently, both of them are in an astral projection state.
Even so, they were still very strong.
On the other hand, they could use even more power if they weren't bound by the physical universe.
Just like now!
Wanda clearly had no intention of wasting time with Mephisto.
She used Chaos Magic immediately to surround the whole palace in a blood-red barrier to seal it off from the outside of the palace.
Mephisto's face turned pale, and he looked at Wanda with fear.
He never expected her power to grow so rapidly. When he last saw her, she was as powerful as the Sorcerer Supreme, but now she was stronger than him.
Even more so because he was hurt and Jack was looking at him in a threatening way.
Mephisto knew he might have to get down on his knees.
He did not choose to surrender, despite knowing this would happen.
The reason was simple: this was Hell. He couldn't surrender in his own territory without a fight. If word got out, he would lose all respect in Hell. So, he decided to give it his all.
Slowly rising from his throne, he looked cautiously at the two individuals.
In the next moment, a burst of flames flashed, and Mephisto had changed a lot by the time he was seen again.
His skin turned a dark red, and he stood at three meters in height, with a strong and muscular body. His eyes glowed a fiery red, and his face was twisted and horrifying, with rows of sharp teeth that pierced through his lips, revealing themselves.
He also had wings on his back and spikes on his head that looked like a crown. This made him look like a powerful demon king.
Just looking at him, an ordinary person would probably die on the spot.
Fortunately, Jack and Wanda were not ordinary people. However, their aesthetic standards were another issue.
"Oh my god, Mephisto looks like a bear in this form?!"
Jack was amazed as he observed Mephisto's appearance. His mocking words almost made Mephisto's blood vessels burst in anger.
Wanda, on the other hand, wasted no time and immediately launched an all-out attack.
She unleashed her Chaos Magic with full force. Wanda knew Mephisto was the Lord of Hell and couldn't afford to let her guard down.
She went all out right from the start.
Observing the situation, Jack didn't stand silent either. He kicked off the ground with all his strength and shot toward Mephisto like an arrow from a bow.
Even in his astral projection state, he still had his Kryptonian powers.
Roar!
Mephisto let out a loud roar and spat a glob of black phlegm at the charging Jack.
Whoosh!
A pitch-black flame erupted from Mephisto's mouth, but Jack didn't dodge or avoid it. He crashed right into it.
The black flames instantly swallowed him, but before Mephisto could celebrate his victory, Wanda's Chaos Magic caught up, striking the mass of black fire.
In an instant, the black flames that had covered almost half of the palace were going out quickly, just like ordinary flames melting ice.
Eventually, they completely vanished.
Mephisto was dumbfounded by this scene, but before he could recover, Jack was already in his face.
A fist the size of a pot struck Mephisto's face with tremendous force.
And then... he was sent flying.
