Chapter 16: CH16- Name? Rob, Banks

For a living situation, we went with a short term solution. It was very simple. The plan consisted of me, Chris, and Pietro. The getaway driver will be the mind controlled man who's can we temporarily borrowed, while Wanda and Hisako are backup in case anything doesn't go according to plan.
Yes, you heard that right. I said getaway driver. It may seem stupid for us to risk our futures by robbing banks for money, but as I saw it, there were no better ways.
It takes money to start a business and we don't have such funds for that. The chances of us meeting an extremely rich person on the street and mind controlling him to get money was highly unlikely, so this was a very enticing career choice for now.
Rest assured, once we secure enough money, I will implement a stable income, via business, inventions, or investments. I have knowledge from my world that can be useful here. Considering I come from a world that this years ahead in numbers, there are certain things that don't exist yet in this time.
Things like Venmo, IPads, TikTok, and many video games had yet to be made, and I would be a fool not to capitalize on it.
Anyways, back to the plan of robbing the bank, Chris and I walk into the bank, first I go around discreetly mind controlling everyone in a glance along with my hands, once that's done, Chris will use his electrical powers to disable all cameras and locks onto the bank vault allowing Pietro to run in from the can with multiple bags and steal every dollar he can.
Of course, there'd be a secret alarm somewhere, but we don't have the time to figure out the infrastructure of this building like I did with the HYDRA base, we'd just have to be in and out.
Once we obtain all of the money, we hide it in places no one would think to hide money. Of course, earlier I mentioned a getaway driver. I mind controlled a man with a work van to do this one job for us. Once we do this again, we'll do it with another van man over and over until we have enough to live.
Sounds simple on paper right? Well let's see for ourselves.

The van pulled up to the entrance of the bank, allowing the plan to commence. Chris and I hopped out and entered the building. The first thing I did was lock eyes with every security guard I saw, then I did the same with the bank tellers so they couldn't alert the police.
I saw that the camera room was near the vault, so I called on Pietro for this next part. To seem less inconspicuous to the guy watching the cameras, Chris and I got in line, pretending to wait to get to the front.
I tapped on my earpiece to connect to Pietro.
"Brother, the security room is too far, it's your time to go." Knowing how fast Pietro moves, I immediately placed every civilian in here under mind control. Before I even finished, I heard Pietro in my ear.
"Done, he's knocked out and tied up. Come use your powers." I nodded towards Chris who nodded back and malfunctioned all the cameras. He followed behind me as I put the camera man in a deep sleep, even after he woke up, he'd be under mind control until I didn't want him to be.
Putting so many people under mind control was causing a strain mentally, because I haven't used this power in a mass amount like this. Thankfully he was the last for today, because I'm not sure if I could do at least another five people without passing out.
The three of us each had two bags in our hands, but Pietro would be filling every one of them. Chris used his powers to short circuit the digital lock on the vault, surely causing some kind of silent alarm to go off, because of forced entry. We threw the bags on the floor and Chris and I walked back to the van.
In less than two minutes, Pietro had used all ten bags that we came with and their was still left over money left, so he said fuck it, and just took the money bare, leaving the vault completely empty.
"Drive." I commanded the man. He unknowingly nodded and drove to a certain spot. Since there was more money than we had anticipated, we had to store it somewhere where both, no one would look there, and was big enough to store the money.
Thankfully, New York as a state was pretty huge, so we hid it in the neighboring city, Jersey City, NJ. Jersey City had quite a few abandoned places, places that I could quite easily use to my advantage. You could say I was being paranoid because the banks are federally insured and the government won't try that hard to find the stolen money, it was better safe than sorry.
After we arrived at a non populated abandoned storage unit, we hid the bags of money in a very good spot, we store it in the ceiling of the storage unit.
'Hopefully the rats don't get to it before we can use it.' I thought in amusement.
The money that was in the back of the van and weren't in bags, we would use that for living. The money in the back was around 5,000 dollars. The total haul was probably 60,000, which sounds more than enough to start a business or idea, but I don't know.
'Fees, fees, fees, and more fees. I'd need employees and a building to purchase or rent out and both of those are even more money.' Perhaps I was thinking too big, maybe I should think smaller, outside the box.
'A computer website is the way to start.' I decided. That was the least expensive option for starting up, hopefully I'll make enough money when it's time to expand and it'll be easy to do so.
'Sigh, life.'

(A/N: When this chapter comes out, the first chapter of the DCAU fic comes out too. These two fics will have the same upload schedule and I decided to make it a harem fic. I PROMISE IT WILL NOT BE BRAINLESS. I'll write the harem as best as I can.
It won't only be Arrowverse, there's things like Justice League, Teen Titans, and what not. The only confirmed member of the harem is Thea Queen)
