His eyes are unique unlike any I've ever seen. They aren't black like those demons which mean he is not a demon right? After all, he had saved me from the demons, he won't betray his own kind.

15 minutes earlier after Emerald had growled in my ear instructing me to stay out of danger, my entire body lit up in tiny sparks as he let go of my chin, grabbed my shoulders, and dragged me to the window. I was relieved. I had thought that was the end for me but surprisingly when I look into the guy's eyes my thoughts of dying vanished and were replaced with relief. At first, the idea of him being a demon flashed in my mind but that seems ridiculous and I purposely chose to ignore anything that would suggest so. He is just another unique person with strange features.

He opened the window of the darkroom and carelessly tossed me out saying in his deep and soothing voice. "Leave and stay out of trouble."
