Chapter 37: I am ready

I keep calm until I hear footsteps.

Why will Magnus bring me here? Does he really want to make me desire him by feeling lonely and different in a Castle that I know nothing about?

I am tired of this. If I want to take my life, I will but the question is, will I gain anything from it?

Let me have a bath and get dressed. Thankfully, this place isn't like a puzzle where you will have to go to another room to have a bath.

I have a quick bath and dress up and then pounce on my bed again.

I lay back on the hard bed and sigh.

Why is life like this? Especially for a woman.

I sit on the edge of my bed and stare at the door.

The door open widely and the King of this Kingdom walks into the room with a white envelope in his hand.

I quickly stand up and attempt to bow deeply.

But he holds my wrist and I feel warmth enter into bones affecting the blood that is around it.
