Chapter 10: Chapter 10

*General POV*

After making it far enough away, he used [Return to Camp] to appear in his camp he had made next to a mountain he had located on his way south.

He had found the mountain during his trip and had found many ore's there and used it as a resource which is what delayed him longer.

After he chose the builds for his classes, distributing the points accordingly.

He used his warriors dps talents not planning on using the warriors tank skills.

He always preferred his Paladin as his tanker. He went after the priest class for its sturdy shields.

He always hated having to deal with a Discipline specialist Priest when he was in arena matches.

He used the druid for his healing while touching a bit into making the transformations stronger.

For Shaman he went more elemental and ehancement.

He saved most points for the Paladin and Mage class. His two classes he knew the most.

He felt most comfortable with those classes and was a pefect combination of burst damage overload.

They were the two classes that were nerfed the hardest during most updates.

There was a point in time most Arcane mages were called 3 minute mages, every 3 minutes you could insta-kill even well geared players.

But you were a glass house afterward until the 3 minutes were up.

That was all you could do, sacrifice one person to kill it and hope your not the targeted sacrifice.

As for Paladin? Well even after nerfs they remained extremely durable and had to be defeated at least 3 times before you killed them. All they had to use was [Lay on Hands] which sacriced your remaining mana, even if they had 2 mana left, to fully heal back to 100%.

Granted it could only be used once an hour but do you know how demoralizing it is to the enemy?

That's why he loved it so much, all that work to think you won then poof full health in an instant. Then after working them back down they cast [Divine Shield] which allowed the paladin to be invulnerable to all damage for 12 sec.

Long enough to either heal back for round 3 or escape by using [Hearthstone] to head to town. If the attacker was already low on health the paladin could just keep attacking to kill them too, they just did half as much damage while the shield was active.

Hunter he just empowered his pets, which now that he had levels he was able to make Fenryr into one of his pets. He planned on having his shadowcat and bear to use the last 2 available slots.

Hunters carried a bag that held up to 3 pets at a time to be carried with you. You could have more but they had remain in your personal kennel. You had to head to the city to swap your pets.

His rogue he went for stealth mostly, now that he now had access to the rogues most needed ability.

Without it a rogue is just.... not a rogue? Thief maybe?

After distribution of points he checked his reward for his hidden achievement.

He not only gained the title of "Jenkins" he gained a permanent increase to intelligence and stength but gained a few free talent points as well. Accompanied by a box of chicken wings.

Now that he was above level 10 he was able to use his dungeon set he had collected he just had to chose the style.

Deciding to stay as low key as possible he chose the style for Rogues.

[Shadowcraft Armor] would give him versatility and wouldn't stand out as much as the others.

For weapons he took out his

[Sword of Northshire] : one handed sword 58-97 damage +26 Strength +29 Stamina +36 Haste.

[Platinum Sword] : one handed sword 66-111 damage +25 Strength +45 Stamina +34 Critical Strike.

[Balnazzar's Horn] : one handed dagger 23-38 damage +175 Intellect +53 Stamina +34 Critical Strike

[Sandstrider's Mark] : ranged bow 101-137 damage +53 Agility +111 Stamina

[Brightening Wand] : ranged wand 22-37 arcane damage +154 Intellect +44 Stamina +25 Haste.

Also choosing the [Hemet's Elekk Gun] as an emergency use.

Satisfied, for now, he mounted Fenryr. He no longer need to tie himself to Fenryr in order to ride now.

Excited to not have to ride back home so roughly. His [Riding] skill now active. His ride him much more enjoyable.

Making sure to only stop to pick up what was needed to level, getting used to all on one would take some time.

He was so used to picking even lower level ingredients for his other characters.

On his way home he ran into a couple of bandit groups unlike on his way to Pyke.

The reason he was left alone wasn't because of Fenryr, they left him alone because he didn't look rich enough to make it worth the risk.

But now he had on a full leather armor with two swords that were like no swords they had seen before, a dagger, and a nice bow.

Even in their scabbards, they could tell from the details in the hilt they were fine weapons and would sell very high.

Needless to say the bandits had died quicker than they could say "Gimme", but after that first battle, instead of feeling refreshed he was at an all time low.

Why you may ask, well that's easy. After the battle the bodies had a slight glow.

Upon touching them he now realized all the loots he had missed back on Pyke.

The thousands of loots, gone. And all he had to do was touch.

Granted most loot was some gold and smaller coins, plus some random things like flints, handkerchief, wooden spoon or plate, bread useless items.

There were also things he can use like leather, cloth and ingredients.

But there's always that chance to find something good. Mount, Schematics, Recipes, or a weapon.

He had thought about running back to check but thought against it.

'Well at least I know now. I should've checked. Grinding 101: always check the body. It's not even like the 10th rule or something, it's the second rule. First rule, Check your bags.'

So his treck back home started high, he was brought low, but worked out in the end. He even completely forgot he was busted at Pyke and eventually made it back.

Upon entering the castle he was then reminded of his being seen by his father at the battle.

Standing in the courtyard was his mother and Ser Rodrik Cassel, Winterfells master-at-arms.

He has trained many soldiers for House Stark, including Ned and his siblings.

Hiding off to the side he could see his brothers Robb and Jon, snickering at his trouble until they saw his armor and weapons. Then their eyes went wide, sparkling with awe at such awesome looking armor and weapons.

Even Rodrik Cassel, after taking a closer look had a look of shock. It all his years of fighting he never saw anything like them. He has seen similar armor such as the unsullied or the Faceless men from the House of Black an White.

Catelyn Stark however wasn't shocked at the armor and weapons, not because she expected it or anything.

No, she was focused on Cyrus alone. Her anger and worry fully on display. She saw the armor and weapons without even looking at the, more focused on looking for injuries.

But the sternness in her face and stance to Cyrus everything. His father told on him, he had hoped to arrive and not have to deal with the aftermath when he got back. It would take at least a month with an army.

After getting of Fenryr, she bolted to the Godswood.

"Traitor!!"

Then seeing his mother approach and stop in front of him.

He nervously looked up and gave a smile, "You look very beautiful today mother, did you cut your hair?"

Instead of an answer, she grabbed him by the ear and dragged him into the castle.

"Ow Ow Ow"

"Dont you try your sweet words this time brat, we are going to have a nice long talk about you going to war. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?"

Even thru the pain in his ear and the berating of his mother, he heard the snickering coming from both Robb and Jon.

They contined to laugh as they heard the scalding he received, and when they heard him pleading her to not take his armor and weapons, they started rolling on the floor.

Even Rodrik started to chuckle, while also taking note that the weapons are with Catelyn, so he knew where to go later.

He was wanting to inspect those weapons. He could tell they weren't normal.

Most swords used for combat just had plain hilts. Even if you maintain them, a lot can happen on a battlefield. They broke or were heavily damaged.

So why spend time and effort on something that will need replacing?

Only Valyrian steel weapons had decorated or ornate hilts. They didn't break, so every blade made in Valyrian steel was made with ornate hilts.

He wanted to see if they were made from Valyrian steel or not. No house has had more than one or two pieces, even having one was difficult even if you had gold.

The Lannisters were a prime example, they are the richest family in Westeros. They used to own one named 'Brightroar', they bought it before the Doom of Valyria.

The Lannisters paid enough weight in gold for that sword they could've raised AND equipped a whole army. That was before the Doom, none have been made since, no one knows how anymore.

All they can do now is rework the existing ones.

But after Tommen II Lannister took the sword with him to raid Valyria after its doom to plunder its wealth and sorcery, it was lost to history; for Tommen and his fleet never returned.

Since then the Lannisters have been searching for a replacement ever since.

Rodrik watched as Robb and Jon ran to their brothers room with a smile. House Sark was making it come back.
