"Alright, Fatty, Ali." Flender interrupted once the dogs walked away :"that old men taught in Cag Hui school?"
Ma Hongjun :"master, do you know that old man?"
Flender :"his name is Shi Nian, soul master of nightmare and a hateful man."
His words caused Ma Hongjun to twitch in fear while a thoughtful expression took over Ali's face :'I remember that guy. A disgusting bastard that I just really wanted to fucking kill.'
Tang San :"nightmare? He uses illusions? How is that martial soul even possible?"
Ali sighed frustratedly and with annoyance as he looked at the dogs walking away :"there are a lot of weird and unique martial souls in the world <in the ZA WAAAARUUUUUUDOOOO!!!>. And his is one of them."
Flender :"his martial soul is pestering. Even much stronger warriors wouldn't choose to pick a fight with him."

Higher in the arena on a large platform, three men and one woman were sitting on their fancy throne like chairs while also waiting.
One of the men was a middle aged man in light blue clothing with long black hair and a fancy cane in his hand.
The man in the center and the other to his left were old men with white hair, with the one in the center wearing luxurious robes and the other having a bored and impatient face.
And the lady, was none other than Yuehua who could sit with them because of her being known as a level 89 soul douluo.
But of course, that was just old information and nobody knew about her real level at the moment, a level 96 titled douluo!
"Chief Ning, any thought on the competition this year?" The old man at the center asked from the man known as Ning Fengzhi and Ning Rongrong's father.
"I know a team, they might win this competition for the empire." His words pulled the attention of the old man in the center, but the one on the right just rolled his eyes.

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen!" The announcer's voice sounded through the microphone :"I am You host from the Suo Tuo Soul Arena!
It's a great honour to be your host for the opening ceremony this year! First of all, let's welcome the 28 teams of the competition this year!"
As he talked, a group of young people wearing white shirts and black pants walked proudly towards their place.

He jumped up a few stairs as he snorted :"of course not! We are strong. If we beat them to a pulp, the audiences drown us with their loathing and spits."
"That makes sense." Ma Hongjun nodded with a frown before Ali interrupted :"hmph, who cares about the audiences' opinion? And besides, I have a personal score to settle with the Tian Dou Imperial School, so I actually can't wait to go against them and put them in their place."
Jiang Zhu tilted her head with a look of confusion on her cute face as her gentle voice sounded :"why? Have they done something to make you mad, Ali?"
And in response, Ali cracked his neck with an annoyed look :"yeah, those bastards actually dared to bully Zhuqing and these guys while I was away, so I have to show them that they have people behind their backs."

A small blush made its way to his face at the compliment as he gently scratched his neck with a soft smile :"I guess. Me acting like how I act doesn't mean that I don't care about them."

To confirm his words, Ma Hongjun and Oscar came to his sides and circled their hands around his neck as Ma Hongjun nodded :"of course! Boss Ali is our boss after all! He just acts like that to hide his care!"

"Look at the four over on the first row." Their attention was pulled by Ning Rongrong who pointed at where was mentioned earlier.
Oscar got on top of Ma Hongjun's shoulders without any shame as he looked at where she was pointing :"where? I don't see anything there."
And Ma Hongjun who was holding his legs rolled his eyes :"they are so far away. Of course you can't see a thing."
Ning Rongrong hmphed with a pout as she put her hand on her hip bones before pointing at a big, flying platform with multiple screens on it, showing Yuehua and the other guys :"up there."
Tang San turned to her with a raised eyebrow of curiosity :"oh? You know those people?" And she nodded in reply :"my father is on the right.
