Chapter 74: "Do you think having a child is like having a pet?"

"Evil woman?"

Mila laughed at Robert's words.

She couldn't believe what came out of Robert's mouth.

She found it ridiculous, but she couldn't disagree either.

She doesn't know how she should react to Robert and ends up scoffing at herself.

Internally, she's criticizing herself as she wonders, "Is posing as the original Mila and taking what's hers considered evil?"

"What's funny?"

"Haha! Anni will laugh at you too if she hears you."

"Why did Anni suddenly join in this conversation?"

Mila recalls how Anni scolded her for being brainless as she could not plot nor plan anything on her own. Anni commented on how useless her brain is and that her intimidating physical appearance doesn't suit her at all.

Mila was just amazed that she was now being called evil.

"Yeah, why am I being mentioned?"

The sudden appearance of a knight in armor startled the two, but they quickly recognized Anni's voice.
