“AH!” With a burst of energy, I kicked my boot against the wooden door. “GODDAMNIT! COME BACK HERE, YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE!” Swinging around, I pumped my fists down at my side. “Ugh! Why am I even interested in someone like him?” Dropping the pipe onto the floor, it rang out with each hollow end bouncing off the floor, I raved. “I can fight. I tell him I can, and yet he doesn’t let me! What the fuck did I do? I can help them! I mean, I saved his ass! Why won’t he fucking understand?”

“Because he’s always been a stubborn chivalrous ass,” a female voice mumbled from behind me before I heard her spit.

Turning around, I focused on the woman with red hair in the room. I dropped my hands from my hair and hurried over to her. “You must be special if he barged his way in here to save some bitch who lost her finger.”

Moxi laughed and shook her head. “We go way back.”
