Chapter 33: CHAPTER 33: THE MORE WE LOOK THE LESS WE SEE

A cacophony of sounds creaked off the office chairs, and the tic-tac sound of leather shoes reached their ears. Amado quickly called Mr. Chiu's attention and spoke to him as they exited the office when suddenly Keiffer called him out.

"Mr. Amado, can you spare me some time?"

Amado and other shareholders froze a bit and looked at him.

"Hmm... where?" he asked skeptically.

"Right here, where a lot of people would stop me from pulling the trigger of my Beretta handgun. I think it would be a pleasure to be killed by my antique gun, isn't it?" he said sternly, his words carrying the weight of coldness, making everyone's knees weaken in fear.
