Chapter 146: A Successful Diversion

The moonlight shone upon the dead bodies of the adventurers who tried to sneak up on Yui.  At first, they thought that Yui would be the perfect prey for them since first, she was a young girl, and second, she was new to the game and they assumed that she wouldn't have the ability to fend them off. They even picked the right moment when Yuuta was on the other edge of the archipelago just so he wouldn't be able to rush to his younger sister's aid when she's in trouble. What they didn't foresee, however, was the fact that Yuuta had hidden a trump card within Yui— a trump card that had caused their demise before they even noticed it. 

Yui stared in horror as she watched the adventurers getting a one-sided slaughter as if they were cattle by the butcher's hands. the only difference was, the butcher was in fact a soft slimy octopus bigger than any buildings Yui had seen.
