Lowering Entropy

Kiaphas Cain was the the leader of an evil organization on earth. With the goal to unite the world that was falling to pieces by becoming its main enemy, he built up a group called entropy but ultimately failed in his goal. After having woken up in a body that's not his in a strange world that is also close to collapse, does he have what it takes to unify this one, or is he doomed to fail yet again?
