Chapter 361: Set Time Frame

**************

CHAPTER 361

Turning his head to face him, Xander enunciated, "Long story short, I ordered the Frost family's death."

"You what?"

"Short story: it was a ploy I fell for with the fate of Drakenflare hanging in the balance. And my mate here hated me."

Sachiel could neither believe his ears nor his eyes. Thankfully, he was glad things didn't go according to plan for either of them, and they were safe.

"So," Xander flashed him a calm smile, "I made her see that I love her and that I won't make love to her till our wedding, and I intend to keep my word."

"Hmph!" Jade spinned around, flipping her hair in Xander's face. "Enjoy. Lord Sachiel, I will take my leave if there is nothing else to talk about."

That wasn't the case for Sachiel, who had a lot of things to discuss. Needless to say, he knew she wouldn't be in a perfect mental state to listen.

Apparently, her hormonal changes would do a number on her moods.
