Chapter 15: Piqued her Interest
Chapter 15
viLelouch's POV
Morning came—
They all have the entire day to work on their project.
They would only take breaks to eat and for some snacks. Rina usually did the cooking. Good thing she seemed to like cooking.
Then afternoon came and the sun started to set.
"Ugh, I'm not done estimating," Rina complained.
She rolled over on the floor, back and forth in frustration.
Erika stretched out her back.
"Me too," she seconded but calmly.
"I think we need to extend our stay," Rina said groaning.
Both Erika and Andy looked at her at the same time.
"No," Erika said with lifted brow.
"I— I don't have a change of clothes," she reasoned.
Rina chuckled, "Me either."
"Hmmm, you can borrow mine—" Andy offered.
"If you like," she added hesitantly.
Rina grinned while eying Erika. The girl fought back but gave in as Rina won't back down.
Feeling defeated, Erika agreed after throwing a sharp glared one last time to her friend.
Rina just giggled.
Erika could tell she's up to something— like there's something the girl wants to check or something she wants to do that they need to stay a bit more.
'tsk'
Not long, they were able to complete their project earlier than expected.
Erika wanted to go home but Rina insisted that they should stay for the night and rest.
Rina again, has been giving her that look which made her agreed but while sighing.
After awhile, Andy led them to her closet for them to pick their change of clothes. She opened that closed door beside the bathroom. The two followed only to get caught— AGAIN by surprise.
Rina gaped in awe at the sight before her.
Entering that walk in closet seems like entering a fine clothing boutique.
It's again wood themed with ceiling length shelves and drawers, a mini table mirror and a whole view one and a mini stool to sit on while putting on shoes.
Not to mention they were all packed with different clothes, multiple shoes, sneakers, sandals down to slipper and many other more.
"You can pick anything," Andy said. "I have here — unused lingeries," she pointed on a drawer.
The two seemed not to hear anything she said. So she just smiled, rubbed the back of her head and left them to decide.
As soon as Andy left the room, Rina snapped to her senses.
"I can live here," Rina broke the silence surrounding them.
"Right in this room," she added while firmly pointing her fingers down.
Erika moved her head sideways while chuckling.
"Now go and pick something already," she smiled and pushed her friend gently.
The girl just stood there rooted for awhile.
"Rina— move already, " she again pushed her friend gently.
The girl just won't budge.
'hahaha'
Well, Erika too was surprised of course, since the beginning but she did not show it as much as Rina did.
She remained composed and dignified unlike her friend whose jaw frequently dropping in every scene. She's even embarass for her but not in a bad way.
Well, to her, Andy has started to piqued her interest too.
'tsk'
"There is more to her than meets the eye," she uttered to herself then joined Rina in picking clothes to wear.
