Chapter 61: Father's Worry

On the decided date, Alexander reached Evelyn's house in anticipation.

Alexander was determined to travel with Evelyn, as he wanted to spend so quality time together and maybe create some memories along the way.

Alexander texted Evelyn a few minutes ago. Despite that, there was no sight of her leaving the house. Alexander's eyes were fixed on the door, and his breathing became shallow.

Alexander sight jumped between the door and his watch, but to his surprise, Evelyn did not come outside the home, but their butler did.

"Sir have requested a chat with you." The butler said with his head down.

"Yes," Alexander had a bad feeling surrounding his heart. It was the first time Mr. Day had called for him. He just hoped in his heart that it would not be something that hurts his heart.

Alexander had heard a lot in their social circle about Mr. Day being an overprotective parent. No one knows the reason for it, but surely it was a well-known fact.
