Chapter 127: An Ominous Air

"You need to return to Scotland. Something happened, and you are the only one I could trust other than Thor," Duncan ordered his son.

Colin narrowed his eyes at his father and crossed his arms on his chest, leaning back so his back was resting on the bar behind him. His father had his arms resting on the bar, a glass of absinthe beside him.

"Why?" He took a sip of the same drink before continuing "Something wrong with, Jane?"

Duncan shook his head and let out a deep sigh. Colin did not understand why his father was struggling. It was a bit out of character for him. He was used to seeing him confident and arrogant when it was just the two of them. This was something new to him.

"Father, you are not getting rid of me because of what I am feeling with her, are you?" Colin asked in a dubious voice.
