It's Valentine
Everyone is out but my day feels like quarantine
Cause I really don't have any to call mine
So I sit by the side line
To me valentine is the day of oppression
When friends give you boyfriend suggestions
But I give them thousand rejections
Cause am still stuck on you
I'll forget you,when the time Is due
Maybe if I say it it might come true
I wish this day goes off in a run
Cause everyone is with their person,while mine is already gone
Trust me watching happy couples is not fun
Today I see couples
Holding hands
Going on ice cream dates
But that feeling is not something I can relate
I guess this really is my fate
I just hate that you never got to be my soul mate
So I sit in the moonlight
Alone with my thoughts
The stars look lonely
Maybe cause I look at them with my lonely eyes
As I star gaze tonight
Your memories will get me make feel a little alright
The beauty of the night
It reminds me of your glorious light
That I'll never get to see,cause we had that one big fight
I'll wear your hoodie
It helps when I get moody
