Chapter 80: Don't Disappoint Me

Serenity walked out of the building and noticed Gabriel's car parked by the roadside. She looked around and saw that no one so she quickly opened the car door and got in.

Her guilty conscience made her look like she was having an affair, not a work-related dinner party.

As soon as she got into the car, Caleb, who was sitting in the front row, got out of the car. Gabriel was still flipping through the magazine in his hands slowly and did not look up at all.

The atmosphere in the car was a little strange. She couldn't help but steal a few glances at him. After a moment of deliberation, she said, "President Jones, erm… I don't have any motive for working at Zephyr Group, and I won't tell anyone about our relationship, so don't worry."

Gabriel looked up slowly at her from the corner of his eyes. She was expecting him to say something like, "At least you know what's good for you." Or "Smart women are cute."
