Synopsis
"I have waited for you in all of my lives, Gooseberry, and, in all of them you had left, please stay in this one" he pleaded, his eyes locked with hers.
"I wish to stay too, My Lord Husband, because you are forever, Theodore " she whispered with tears in her eyes.
A possible sacrifice is sent for him to devour but he will worship and do her however she desires.
Every day, every season, forever, he will repeat the routine of the ritual which is her because she is his favourite ritual.
Lydia Statham, an illegitimate girl living with her noble-born family in a land where her kinds were an unacceptable abomination, forced to live as an employed and never to be seen outside as a part of the Statham family, Lydia craved to be outside but never got to, but only through books and stories from others does she know the outside world, until a day came when a letter had been delivered to their estate โthey was a bridal pick banquet at one of the biggest mansions in Critic Arleyโ that was what Lydia knew as she travels to a banquet that every young lady was invited to but Lydia found herself alone in the enemyโs mansion.
Lord Theodore, a feared outcast, an enemy of the Empire in which he dwells, of royal blood with no surname, a threat to the throne and possibly a lot more than the eyes meet has never wanted a wife, couldnโt fathom the idea of having a bundle of emotions living in the same mansion as he, but after a banquet had been thrown by Conan and half the population of critic arley had been invited.
No one came but her.

I enjoyed the LTFR a lot. Kept me reading, kept me wanting more. Every chapter ending, ends with suspense. Still anticipating to read "Lydia performing her wife duty"

Don't usually give 5star rating but this book deserves it, just 3 chapters down and I'm hooked, Jasmine josef's got a par on here. The background description is narrow still I'll ignore cause it's my new favorite book
There are only a few errors where author changes from third to first person pov causing minor distraction and thus a 4 star on writing but in every other way this story is captivating, fun, intriguing and the delicious but tastefully expressed love scenes are naughty and nice.
Lydia is so wonderful, I like her normal character not the always shy the antisocial one, she didn't go out but she loves going out at least nd changing is good ๐ฏ

Yep this book deserves all the love it could get, I don't want this be a spoiler but I'll give hints, yaa this book will bring your aigo moments out, Lydia and together aren't spending much time together yet but I'm certain they will, fighting
This book is horrible not the writing the whole plot, it's not vampire or werewolf it's freaking Human despite it's cool cover photo so read at your own risk ๐๐ก๐ค๐ค๐ค๐ก๐ก๐ค

Love it love the author itโs surprising the change you are adding to the book but itโs alright I love it still can you please update faster itโs depressing having to wait all through the week
Absolutely amaze balls, Iโm totally invested. This deserves a 5star rating all through, I love the suspense and the content. Iโm so glad I stumbled upon this book, love! Love! Love!!!!
Might not be your everyday read, but definitely try it out. The story has a promising plot and the characters are well-crafted. Kudos to the writer. I'd only advice you to make the sentences shorter.
