Chapter 120: Running off with you. (part two)

Brad's POV.

I searched her eyes to detect her answer.

"I told you I have forgiven you. I meant it, Brad."

I released a breath I have been holding.

"But, I thought…"

"You thought I haven't forgiven you?" she asked with confusion settling in her grey eyes.

I nod. "I was judging from your reaction before you threw me out the other night,".

She didn't give me a reply. She opens the door and entered

"Come in," she says whilst clinching on the door.

I trot in and closed the door behind me.

She wanders off, leaving me lost in my thoughts trying hard to read her silent reaction.

She came back with a first aid kit.

"Come let me treat your bruises." She softly says to me like she is talking to a child.

I chuckled at that.

I sat on the couch. I took off the backpack that was hauled around my shoulders and placed it beside me.

April pushed a small table forward and crouch down in front of me.
