Sometime later as you can see that the condition is just getting worse and worse. Right now as you can see 40 monsters are still attacking Allen. He already killed 20 of them but still, 40 of those Monsters attacked him. 

Fortunately, he already has many spirit potions. With that, he was able to recover his full energy at once and he did not feel any pressure while maintaining those spiritual tigers. 

Right now those grasshoppers and those rabbits are still continuously attacking him and those spiritual tigers. It looks like they did not care about their comrade or their own life. Every one of those Monsters was just focusing on only one thing which was to kill him. 

Fortunately, Allen wasn't worried about this because he still has the stealth Skill that will be able to protect him. Right now those monsters just surrounded him from everywhere and because of this, he was unable to use his ghost steps to run away from that place.
