At first, both of them were waiting for each other to make their first move but even after waiting for some time none of them moved from their place. Most likely Allen's opponent already thought that he will make the first move, but when after waiting for that long he could see Allen did not have the intention to make his first move he became quite irritated. He already thought that Allen will attack him like a reckless fool the moment refer a giving them the signal. 

'Did he think that observing me and staying like this will make him win this match?'
