Lilly and Liam are orphans who live on the border with their grandmother. They were told from a very young age that outside the giant wall that protected them lived the creatures of the night who would not hesitate to eat humans. Lilly was an inquisitive girl from a very young age she always wondered what the outside world looked like. One day she found a tunnel through which was a gate to the outside world, the next night she wore her hood and left towards the tunnel. Seeing his sister leave the house late at night, Liam decided to follow her. He caught hold of her near the tunnel. Suddenly the twins saw a very beautiful white-furred fox, It stared at them and went inside the tunnel, Lilly freed herself from her brother and chased the fox. Liam ran behind her. Following the fox, the two of them ran outside the tunnel and into the deep dark woods. Suddenly the fox disappeared and the two of them found themselves lost with no way back home...
