Chapter 36: Chapter 36: A Test of Strength, Part 1

Angel panted, summoning another wingblade. Solana stood behind her, the two back to back, each of them facing a deadly opponent. Timekeeper and this hooded man stood by. People quickly ran by the two. Solana and Angel both stood in silence before lunging individually towards their own target; Angel to Timekeeper and Solana to the hooded man. Angel took her blade, slashing away at Timekeeper, the man quickly dodging her attacks. Angered and feeling vengeful she recklessly hacked away, but she was unable to get a hit in.

"YOU FUCKING MONSTER!" she shouted, continuously attacking him, cutting up chairs and tables in the process.

"Too fast-something's up!" she thought again.
