The city is grander than Thrine Town, which is to be expected. What none of them expected is how grander it is.
The city is large, plain and simple. If Ian have to calculate, if all the other towns they stopped by is put inside the city, there will still be room for more.
Caravans, wagons and carriages entered and exit the large city, with multiple gates allowing a lot of people to enter after a security check.
The city itself is a marvel, built with white rocks for it's outer walls. With them being at a cliff nearby, they could see some of the building inside, also build from the very same white rocks as the walls.
To the west of the city there seem to be a river passing through it, with a part of the wall entered the river. Ian could even see boats goes under the wall. So, he assume there is a dock under the wall itself.
"Let's get inside," the merchant's voice woke him up from his observation. He tell himself to be patient. He could still visit the entirety of the city once they enter.

Entering the city is surprisingly easy, if you are a regular and have the necessary document. If not, it will be hard. But not to Bronze-Rank adventurers.
"All of you are Bronze-rank?" the guards asked in disbelief. They all took out their badges, which is clearly made out of bronze.
"Please go there," the guard pointed at one of the counter, "Those are for adventurers just entered the city, and is handled by the Adventure Guild, so they will confirm if your badge are real or fraud,"
They nodded, heading towards the counter. When the man manning the counter see some people coming, he let out a sigh of relief.
"Please tell me you are all adventurers that are new to Midarna City?" he pleaded.
"They nodded, to which the man weep in joy, "Thank you, you must be here to confirm.you identity, correct," they all nodded before taking out their badges.
"Five Bronze-Rank Adventurers? Well, this should be easy. He put their badges under some kind off magic items. After putting all the badges, he gave a nod of approval.
"All of it is legit. Now then, off you go," he exclaimed.
"Wait, we like to ask you off any good place to stay?" Ian asked the man.
"It depends on your budget. But the best place for adventurers will be the lodging the guild rent. But those will be expensive," he told them.
"How much for a room?" Ian continued asking.
"For a room, after Bronze-Rank discount, it will be 5 silvers a day. It will be expensive, but it is enough for 5 people and still enough to fit 2 more.
Then, there is the house," that attract the attention of the group.
"House?" Ian parroted.
"Yes, a house. It is more than enough to fit 10 people, not must to say about a measly five. But the price, is, it will cost an arm and a leg," the man said.
"How much?" they asked.
"Try, one gold coin a day" the group exchange glances, and the am thought he had scared them, before they all looked at him, "Where is the guild and which house is the closest to it?"

"I don't think you have enough to afford an entire house," the man, having introduce himself as Rudy, exclaimed.
"Seriously, how many goblins you killed to get that many?" he joked.
They exchanged glances. The man is close to the truth after all. From the money the mayor gave them that they never use, along with the money they get from commissions plus hunting down monsters, and finally, the biggest commissions they get, which involve them battle an entire goblin's army, and later, for Kell that is, the goblin chieftain.
The fact their stay and food are practically paid by the mayor, meaning they never spend a single coin after they've found the lost tax money. Their collective saving had reached a staggering 25 gold coins, 79 silver coins, and 15 cooper coins. With the goblin chieftain's head gave them 3 gold coins alone.
"A lot," they answered, which is technically the truth.
"Keep your secret then," Rudy pouted before pointing at a large house, "and welcome to your new home, at least until you can no longer afford it,"
They rolled their eyes at his remark before going inside their new home.

They knew it is a big house, but it not until they walked past the yard did they realize how big it is. The house have a medium-sized garden, with a medium sized fish pool. There is also a clearing, likely for training or to just take a nap, depends on the person.
There is also a dedicated training ground, small enough to fit in the yard, but big enough to allow them to do weapon practice. There is also a storeroom outside, though they will change it into a place to store training equipment.
The house is also big in the inside. They have walked all over their new home and counted 5 bedroom, each enough to accommodate 2 to 3 people. Though, 2 of the bedrooms will be occupied, that is something he is sure off.
Each bedroom have an adjacent bathroom. There is also a large dining room, along with a decent size kitchen, with a pantry next to it.
At the center of the house is the living room, which is the largest room in the house, or so he believe. Aside from the living room, there is also a basement, that can only be entered though the pathway underneath the staircase.
At the second floor, which is where all the bedrooms are located at, there is also two empty room. Ian and Kell have discussed briefly and both agreed to use one as a library, while the other one is a recreation room.
They discussed more of their future plans before they realize it's already dark. They decide to call it a day and sleep in their room, Ian sharing his with Fiona, while Kell while have Ana and Lisa in his.
