Chapter 49: Chapter 49 - Don't mind me

With caution weighing heavy in his steps, Zack silently approached the area closer to the green dot on his map. His instincts as a hunter told him to proceed with utmost care, to assess the situation before making any moves.

The surroundings were eerily quiet as Zack crept closer, his senses on high alert for any sign of danger. He moved with the practiced stealth of a predator, and his footsteps were soft and deliberate as he navigated through the shadows.

It didn't take long for Zack to find a single hunter fighting the army of goblin shamans. It was a woman armed with two short swords. It was hard to see her features from that distance, but Zack could see her charging toward the monsters and then being forced to retest when several fire lances flew toward her.

"A survivor? She looks really pissed…" Zack thought while squinting his eyes. "Maybe I really should increase my focus."
