Chapter 222: Episode 222: We Can Give

Julian together with Astral, was kneeling on the fore front. While Owen and Nicholas together with the other seven were kneeling behind the six of them.

All fourteen of them were kneeling in front of Archibald, who was seated in his throne.

"You all have contributed greatly in taking care of the demon invasion that could have caused a lot of lives. With our preparation and information, we are able to keep it at a bare minimum."

Archibald looked up from them, "You have allowed your family to join this subjugation and for that this kingdom and its people will be forever grateful."

He was speaking to the seven families.

But instead of being proud, the seven heads lowered their heads because Archibald had spoken about the kingdom being grateful but he did not say anything about him feeling grateful.

Because he is full aware that they allowed their children to join for the prestige.
