Chapter 66: Twins

Five months since Gabriel disappeared…

They had gone to every house of the abducted girls that first day. She had managed to pinpoint seven different demons that were currently working on the actual abductions of the girls. However, she had been right. The trail went cold at the road. They were traveling by car to somewhere.

Megan had been at the police station all but one day of the last nine. They were working late into the night trying to find clues that had been overlooked. Anything that might lead them to the whereabouts of the missing kids.

Yesterday, not one but two more girls had been taken. They were all afraid it was just a matter of time before either a body showed up or the trail disappeared completely. Megan was trying to figure out what they had been missing. She had an idea while she was getting ready to head into the precinct.
