Chapter 73: Chapter 74: Happenings and Plans
710 A.R.R, FORTIS INDUSTRIES' HEADQUARTERS, BUSINESS SECTOR, CORUSCANT:
Alexander stood on the top floor of the headquarters of his company looking at the headquarters of Planetary Trade Organization in the Government sector of the Galactical capital. Alexander had already ordered five years ago, the construction of the branches of Planetary Trade Organization on all the important worlds. Alexander was waiting for the reports of his men after the closing down of the first auction of the planets. Alexander had ordered his people to send the report on his datapad as meeting him in person would raise some red flags.
The Planetary Trade Organizations' shares were owned in a 70 : 30 ratio by the Republic and the Fortis Industries respectively. The Fortis Industries was the silent partner in the Planetary Trade Organization, even the Senate didn't knew about this. Alexander had used the corruption in the Senate to take full advantage to make himself completely invisible to the eyes of anyone investigating. People only knew that the framers of this act were getting the 30 percent. The Planetary Trade Organization also received a cut of 10 percent for every deal made through it. Alexander's men had deeply inflitrated all the major economic institutions of the galaxy so no one could investigate him.
Now, they were working to overtake all the economic institutions completely starting with the Intergalactic Banking Clan and Trade Federation. Alexander directly controlled 99 Senators and through them, indirectly controlled 437 Senators. Alexander had already send his men to those 437 planets and claim a small piece of land for his kingdom. When after one month, the conquest is finalized, Alexander would shift to their location and claim the whole planet. According to estimates, it would take Alexander 3 years to claim all the planets.
Now, Alexander had not adopted this method in the past 7 years was because Alexander did not have the manpower to do so. The construction work going on in his kingdom, had employed all the free magus of his kingdom as cutting Phrik and molding and fusing the quantum metal required tremendrous magical power. Thousands of magus were employed in construction of one building and there were thousands of building being constructed simultaneously. The magi on the other hand would stand out brighter than supernova in the star wars world as they did not have full control over their magic and the magical energy released by them was more easily smelled out than a shark smelling out a drop of blood in the ocean.
After the essential construction work was finished, Alexander had one thousand most powerful magus open themselves to the force present in the kingdom. When they adjusted to it, Alexander brought them to the star wars world and had them accept the midichlorians in their cells. The accepting procedure was done one per hour and it took 42 days to convert the normal Magus into Force Magus, this was the name given to these Magus by the geeks of his kingdom. Alexander didn't mind this as he knew that his naming sense was poorer than them so he allowed his subjects to name the things. Additional 6 months were spend in training the Force Magus, in concealing themselves using force only. Alexander had also stopped using magic to conceal himself and only used force in order to deepen his connection with the force. Alexander was also going to completely integrate his soul with his body in a few months and would be able to see what the force wanted to show him.
All the people employed by the Planetary Trade Organization were Alexander's subjects even the droids were a part of his kingdom. Alexander had allowed the forces which were trying to inflitrate the newly formed organization to achieve small success at the lowe levels. Alexander had put up 500 planets for auction from the side of PTO, these planets were divided into zero, low, medium and high resource level categories. The zero level planet's base price was 100 Billion credits while the rest were valued at the amount of resources present in the planets and their position from the hyperlanes. The CQC had decided the price for the planets and the net estimated income of PTO would be 250 Trillion Credits. Alexander's datapad beeped and he read through the reports received and came to know that they earned 800 Trillion from the sale of 500 planets. The main reason behind this were the second generational rich kids who wanted to brag to their friends.
Alexander blessed this kids as this money would be used to fund Alexander's operations in the Galaxy. No star system had yet sold their planets but according to reports, many had started approaching the PTO after the auction for negotiations. There would be no negotiating with the planetary governments and the percentage of cut was set, the only thing Alexander allowed was changing the listing of planet's resource level by one level up or down. Alexander allowed this because in this rotten Galaxy, no institution had been honest for thousands of years.
Alexander had the people buying the planets sign a force contract with him indirectly. After the meeting with the representatives of the 100 companies, Alexander had investigated why the digital and magical contract didn't work. The magical contracts worked by recording the magical signatures of the people entering into the contract. People of the star wars world didn't have any trace of magic so how could the magical contract work. The datapad was an technological equipment so it was already a dead end. Alexander then had an idea of developing a magical contract which instead of recording the magical signature, recorded the force signature of people signing the contract. It took Alexander 3 years to make the Force contract as this was his personal project.
The force contract was signed with an employee of the PTO who was his subject. A subject can transfer any of his property to his king so at the end of the day, the employee transferred the deed of the planets to Alexander and Alexander became the new holder of the contract. The contract stated that the planet being sold by the PTO by itself or sold as PTO acting as a middleman would come into the ownership of the witness or the seller himself after a period of 50 years. In case of PTO being the seller, the seller would be the employee and in case PTO being the middleman, the witness would be the employee. This clause was written in Sanskrit in nano size on the logo of the PTO so no one was able to detect it. For further safety, the inscription was written with an ink which could be only seen under moonlight and the logo was made with shiny ink which made it glow under any kind of light.
The buyers were told that since the buying and selling of planets was such a big deal, they were maintaining a physical record with the buyer's signatures so that even if in future the digital contract gets lost or stolen or deleted or anything else happens to it then, there would still be a proof of the ownership of the planet with the government. The buyers readily signed the force contract. The time period was set after 50 years because when conquering in this way in the higher level worlds, only those people who have a sense of belonging towards the place being conquered would be included as subjects and 50 years were enough to generate a sense of belonging even on a subconcious level, even in the most stubborn fellows.
At the end of the day, the employee transferred the contract of 500 planets to Alexander and Alexander claimed it. Alexander could feel a very faint connection with all the planets and smiled. This made Alexander smile. Alexander planned to have PTO hold four auctions per month, two for habitable planets and two for inhabitable resource planets and celestial bodies. The auction for habitable planets would feature only 500 planets while the inhabitable ones would feature 1000 items which would be increased at a later stage. Alexander had calculated that it would take approximately 300 years to claim all the 3.2 Million habitable planets of the entire galaxy without doing anything if the only 500 planets were to be sold but Alexander planned to increase the number of auctioned planets according to the market trends. Alexander would also organize a lucky draw of 10 resourceless planets for all people which could be partcipated by only filling a firm which would be available on a disguised force contract. This would increase the number of subjects under him tremendously. All these schemes would see Alexander gaining land and subjects effortlessly. The only thing Alexander had to do is now to wait.
This doesn't mean that Alexander and his men would remain inactive the entire time. Alexander planned to conquer all the planets lining the major and minor hyperlanes of the galaxy then move on to the rest. Alexander could sense that the fate of this world would not change that easily, the events of Phantom Menace would happen but the rest were up for grabs. Alexander was excited to know the effects of his interference in the future.
