Mark's attempt to control the narrative faltered, and he reluctantly began to address the group. "Fine, then. As you all know, resources are scarce, and we need to adapt to survive. Avi, here, has brought some supplies, and I believe we can work together for the benefit of everyone in Silva Station."

"What does have to do anything with me bringing food?" I asked him, I probably knew the reason.

He just wanted to use me while he was sitting on a comfy chair and do nothing.

"Of course, it has to do with everything. You are our hero, who brings food for us when no one can."

'So he is going with hero play? Well, two can play a game.' I couldn't help but smirk at that.

"That's why I want you to join my group, Avi. Just think about how easy would be for us to hunt down monsters with you joining us."

It was an expected offer.

"I can offer Avi a high position in our group. I want to lead the group together with you."
