Kigg trembled and exchanged a glance with Ah Dai. The other magicians hurried to gather behind Kigg, their faces displaying their utter confusion. Though they were greatly respected in their town, they dared not act arrogantly in front of one of the four most significant Red Bishops of the Holy Church.

A line of silver figures entered, their light armor gleaming. They were the Silver Armored Warriors that Xuan Yue had described. Each carried a helmet in its left hand with a look of impassivity on their faces. As soon as they entered, they split up to stand on either side of the room. Their silver armor radiated a faint fighting aura, and a golden sword emblem marked each one's chest.
