Chapter 32: Pyromancer’s Armament

Whoosh! 

An elongated streak of crimson flames darted off in the shadows of the night. Twinkling stars hung overhead, cold yet brilliant moonlight washed down, but this chilling cold was overwhelmed by a wave of radiating heat all around Pyro. 

The Crimson Warlock lived up to his reputation. He was like a fleeting blaze on the barren terrain until he finally disappeared from the watchtower's line of sight across the horizon. 

He made sure that his blazing flames burned furiously to make himself as conspicuous as possible, hoping to bait Kevin into making a move against the soldiers in the military settlement. 

A while later, Pyro paused in his tracks, settling inside a deep ravine between two hollow mounds, the structure closely resembled the maw of a beast, curved yet sharp stones jutting from the cliffhangers l, striking the impression of sharp fangs.
