“So what’s the occasion?” he inquired of his lovers.

“Lance and I want to know if you’ll be willing to move in with us,” Adam said.

He couldn’t help but stare at them. He was flabbergasted. He had hoped to move in someday, but this came much faster than anticipated.

“Just something for you to consider,” Lance said. “Adam and I agree that it doesn’t make sense for you and Megan to travel back and forth between your house and the apartment every day.”

“Are you sure about this?”

“Of course, or we wouldn’t be suggesting it.”

“Okay, then. Let’s do it.”

“I know we’re moving a little fast, but our relationship is not conventional to begin with. Besides, as long as we’re happy together, we don’t have to worry about the pace. Let’s just enjoy it.”

“I agree with Lance,” Adam said.

“Great.”
