Petal ignored him and continued to walk, As if wasn't even there.

"Your car seems late. We don't offer you a ride. It will be faster. It's a long way to the main road." Ethan offered as he put his hands inside his pockets and walked behind her.

Petal stared at the road in front of her and noticed that it's Indeed still a long way before she reached there and she already started to feel tired.
