half decent. except that the marines wouldn’t punish him for killing a pirate with a bounty instead he’d get paid so he ran away for no reason. also nolan sounds way too mature for his age speaking like a weird adult instead of a child.
really liked it, very fresh concept and powers, will be fun to see how the story develops. could you please what timeline this is though? and a request, don't make it a harem please.

Dear author please change your chapters about the behavior of the marines and became them in a force of the bad sheriff.You are making a huge mistake because include a bad marine moves only for money .IS totally a nonsense and looks like this one piece world are totally au.Really deserve a 3 stars.
