The rain was getting heavier, and there were no pedestrians on the street aside from the cars racing past.

Yusuf Zuck did not wear a raincoat nor carry an umbrella, instead blending into the vast, dark night with the pouring rain.

Being a notable figure in the capital, Otis Quinn didn't live in a villa, but he owned a house there. Samuel Ross and Benedict Cooke both came from special forces, so it was second nature for them to follow someone discreetly. They had thoroughly scoped out Otis Quinn's residence and everything around it.

They had already done a reconnaissance of where to secretly enter the community, how to avoid the surveillance within, and how to pick the lock of Otis Quinn's apartment door, among other things.

Soon, Yusuf Zuck, braving the heavy rain, crossed over the fence at the surveillance blind spot in the community and smoothly made his way to the building where Otis Quinn lived.
