Kei lands on the frozen-up ground, and the whole region is still covered in a snowstorm but for the last 7 days, Kei has been training nonstop in this chilling weather which he is long used to it already.
Kei can tell that he is a lot stronger than before but he also knows that the upcoming fight in Planet Namek won't be easy, like Zarbon and Ginyu force who would throw him here and there like a toy.
He needs more strength but for that, he needs complete control over his body.
So far, he has learned Ki sense and also learned to mask/hide his Ki, he also learned to use energy blasts and now he is only pushing himself as far as possible to keep on improving before he leaves for planet Namek.
Right now, Kei's main goal is to learn Spirit Bomb and also Kiao-Ken
He won't be using it to keep the pride of Saiyan Prince but still learn it as it would help him increase his base power more and more, but things are not going the way they should be.
"Kiao-ken, it's a skill that was inspired by a certain technique of Tibetian Monks called "Force Breathing" where they are able to rise their body temperature and people have seen them walking while being covered in flames
Thus, Kiao-Ken has a red color to resemble flames, but… to use Kiao-Ken, you need a full mind and body as one.

Kei opens his leg and bends his back a little, he clenches both of his fists and starts gathering his energy.

He is trying to push the limits of his cells inside his body and this is where you need complete control over mind and body as its very crucial and if not done properly, you will receive backlash from it

'Just like that time, when I was being thrown into the sky by the Kamehameha of Goku, I lost myself to rage and increased my power by many folds due to strong emotions
This time also, I will force my body to imagine the situation where it is being defeated by Goku and also being controlled like a puppet by Frieza

Images of his own childhood also start appearing in Kei's mind, the rage is starting to go up and his power level is increasing like crazy

A big blast of red energy came out of Kei's body, it is the same as Goku's Kiao-Ken BUT

Kei falls flat on the ground; his whole body is screaming in pain.
'Just as I expected, emotions are the key to power-ups in this world
My theory was correct, though the pain is unbearable at least it's not the ultimate death

Kei gave out a burst of evil laughter as he is happy that his theory worked very well and so he falls unconscious

An attack pod is traveling at a high speed toward a certain planet, who is riding this pod? Its Vegeta
Kei has set the Planet Namek in the navigation system and he is on his way there, but he got a long time before he reaches that planet
So, he took this time to one more time trying to have a conversation with his body

The moment Kei meets Vegeta (his body), he is greeted by an angry look which is not very welcoming.
"I am because your idiotic low-rank warrior's skill had forced me to do to shit tons of work to adapt them!"

But at least, we were able to defeat the record Goku.
