Chapter 91: Reality Stone 2
After Jack returned, his clones continued as normal as if nothing had happened, but soon one of them encountered a problem - in the last 20 days, Jane had gone to London.
When Jack's clone passed this information to him, Jack received a call from Jane Foster's number. Jack felt very unlucky that something had happened twice when he was away from Earth and answered the call.
"Hello? Is this the phone of the Battle Sage hero?" said a woman asking for Jack.
"Yes, this is Battle Sage, has something happened to Jane Foster?" asked Jack.
"Something has happened, we were researching something in an abandoned factory in London, and suddenly Jane disappeared. She had gone somewhere to research energy levels and I don't know when she disappeared," said the anxious woman.
"Stay calm, I'm on my way there, what is your name?" asked Jack.
"Oh, I'm Darcy Lewis, Jane's assistant," said Darcy.
"Okay, Darcy, wait for me there," said Jack and hung up the phone.
Jack informed Anna that he had to leave and she said she understood, and he soon used a portal to go to London. He used the Mind Stone and quickly found Darcy, and then used the Space Stone to appear near her, scaring her and her intern.
"Oh, my God! You scared me when you said you would come quickly, I didn't think it would be within seconds," said Darcy.
"Sorry for scaring you, where was Jane last seen?" asked Jack.
"It was right here in this factory, we came to investigate an anomaly and Jane went out to take a look and disappeared," said Darcy.
"Okay, let's go back inside, don't call the police, it could get complicated if they're here," said Jack.
Darcy and the intern followed Jack inside the factory. Jack could feel the space starting to overlap and various types of energy, the gravity in some places was different, just like in the movie, and this could be very dangerous for the Earth.
Jack walked for a while and soon found a passage to a different place. Jack didn't know if Jane was on the other side, but it was better to wait a few hours before trying to find Jane.
"She was here, this phenomenon you guys are investigating is a Convergence that causes the walls between the Nine Realms to become weaker, resulting in numerous spatial anomalies," said Jack.
"Jane must have accidentally gone to another world and found something there. If we wait here, she will come back in a few hours. If she doesn't come back by then, I can try to go after her," Jack said to calm Darcy.
"That's good that it's not dangerous, so we'll have to wait here," said Darcy.
Jack took some chairs and some food and drinks from his spatial storage for them to pass the time. They had to wait a few hours, and Jane appeared unconscious right in front of them.
Darcy was shocked and tried to run to Jane, but Jack stopped her. Darcy didn't know why Jack stopped her, but with him being a hero and knowing more than she did about what was happening here, she decided to wait.
"Jane has been in another universe for a long time, she is physically okay, but it's better to wait for her to wake up on her own before approaching her," Jack said, smiling.
He knew that the Aether could attack if it felt threatened, so with Jane unconscious, he didn't want to risk Darcy getting hurt. A few minutes later, Jane woke up alone and saw Darcy and Battle Sage waiting for her.
"Darcy, what's going on here? Why did you call the Battle Sage?" Jane asked.
"Jane, I'm glad you're okay. You disappeared for a few hours and I was worried about you, so I called the Battle Sage. You said you had his number for emergencies, and this is an emergency," said Darcy.
"What? I disappeared for a few hours?" said Jane in shock.
"Hey Jane, it's not cool to ignore me like that. I came to help and was waiting for you to wake up. There's something inside your body from the time you were in another universe. I think I should remove it from your body before it kills you," said Jack.
"What? There's an alien thing inside my body?" asked Jane in fear.
"Yes, it's not dangerous now, but it's sucking your vitality to sustain itself. It could be dangerous and could attack other people to protect itself," said Jack.
"So if you can remove it, please do it," said Jane, frightened.
"I'll do it. Darcy, I think it's best if you and your intern stay away. I'll be fine, but it could be dangerous for you if the thing inside Jane attacks," said Jack.
Hearing this, Darcy and the intern quickly left the factory. The children had already left, and only Jane and Jack were in the factory. Jack could feel the reality stone inside Jane, and he could remove it using the infinity stones he had.
But Jack wasn't sure if the Aether wouldn't try to attack him until he transformed back into the reality stone. Jack didn't waste any more time and used his magic to use the powers of the two infinity stones and attract the reality stone.
As Jack expected, the red Aether began to leave Jane's body. The Aether seemed aggressive and thought about attacking Jack a few times, but it always backed off when it saw the other infinity stones.
Jack asked the system to add another space in his arm sleeves for the reality gem, and for it to be hidden. The system said it would cost 10 million FP, and Jack bought all the remaining 4 spaces for 40 million FP.
After Jack felt like he had removed all the Aether from Jane, he made her faint and began to concentrate, transforming the Aether into the reality stone using the other infinity stones. Jack was a little tense because he knew this was one of the hardest infinity stones to control.
Jack picked up the reality stone and placed it in his arm sleeves on his arm. Jack could feel the brutality of the energy of the reality stone passing through his body. The two infinity gems helped him resist, and Jack's body was very strong, so after a long time, everything calmed down.
Jack began to feel the sensation of omnipotence again, which he had just gotten used to. He knew it was a false feeling, but this time he really knew he could change many things in the nine realms while the convergence was happening.
After all, the reality wall between the nine realms was very weak, and Jack had two other infinity stones and his magic to make the reality change more intense. But Jack soon controlled this power and erased Jane's memory of how he removed the Aether inside her.
