Write a reviewcurrently at chapter 80, and dropping it at that. the novel is good if you have spare time. it's just not for me.
the storyline is an interesting read, good character development naturally with overpowering cheat. The only downside that made me drop it is the constant repeat of paragraphs in each of the mid to later chapters I don't know if it is a glitch or on purpose to increase the word count, and it happens in every chapter, to the point of being an annoyance. So sadly, I've dropped it at chapter 547 (more than of the chapter is a repeat).
Starts out well, becomes rinse and repeat trash filled with word count filler. The author clearly had no direction planned for the novel because after the concept is introduced and a few interesting scenes play out, we fall into the same dry pit of terrible cliches. One such cliche is the "oblivious to his own power MC". He's scared sh*tless because of forced scenarios and illogical reasoning. Almost every chapter also has so many filler lines of npcs talking about his ascension, that it becomes frustrating. Not to mention the realization that the author is treating the story as a cash grab and you as a sheep. Subpar novel without really much of a storyline.
At the beginning the novel was very good but as the story progressed, it became garbage. It is still interesting but it solely revolves around the MC being a personal bodyguard and slave to everybody he meets. Because of story progression, MC says yes 9 out of 10 times to every request even if it is literally stuff he said is too annoying at the start of the novel. He has no will of his own even though author pretends he does. Story revolves around MC being OP and going around helping everyone even people that were he enemy few minutes ago(as long as they apologize, they become MC life long friend/brother). I mean everyone literally started saying that he is very easy to talk to, just ask him directly and he would say yes immediately no need to rack your brain. Every other person is 2D and are just there to make the MC help them with something or showcase how awesome the MC is. The only people that are a stage above being 2D are his disciples and at least they don’t go around shamelessly asking leeching off from MC and asking him to do stuff for them.
This book is great and you won't regret it...
