Chapter 6: Animagus...Phoenix
[MC AGE=10 years]
I have now gain some connection to lightning in my animagus form, as I can now highly influence on the strength of the storm, but still cannot fully stop it.
At this age, I have learned potion and herbology to 4th year according to Hogwarts, since I will be attending Hogwarts. And today I am going to attempt my second animagus form, phoenix.
Since I will gain another animagus of wampus cat as my animagus, I want to at least able to change into phoenix. So, I start reading about phoenix in Fantastic Beasts.
"A gentle creature, the phoenix lives to an immense age because it can regenerate each time it bursts into flames. Phoenix song is magical and its tears have healing properties.", it says.
Then I started to meditate and think about Blaze, flying high in the sky as its wings and tail produce fire and it leaves a trail of fire as it flies.
I felt a third heart beat in me and I knew it will change into a phoenix. I called Blaze and went to our usual place. Do not want to burn my room.
I transformed into a phoenix and its like I am twins with Blaze, same shape, same color, same size. I read that no phoenix and no two dragons are same. But I think since my animagus is that of Blaze, I got the same properties and features as that of Blaze.
He was very happy and started to sing a song flying in the song. I also started flying together with it. But I was not able to sing the song of a phoenix. And I do not think that I can apparate like a phoenix any time soon. I need to practice a lot.
Then I transformed back to my human form and started to feel the changes in my body.
I can now feel to different attribute in magic around me. One is lightning that i am already familiar with and another one is fire. I will have to start making connection with it.
And now I can vaguely guess the nature of a person. But its not at all clear to me at this point.
Then I transformed to more time into a phoenix and one again to a Thunderbird, then went home.
I saw my parents and my grand mother were all sitting together. And my father was sending a letter with his owl.
Father: Hey Logan come here.
Yes! My name is Logan Fox. Heir to the Noble and Ancient House of Fox.
Me: Yes. Father!
Father: I was writing to Dumbledore about your study at Hogwarts, since our family study at home we do not get our letter, but now you will get yours when your time will come.
Me: Thanks dad!
Father: Now I will tell you that there will be many pure blood girls who will be friends with you to marry you on their father orders, to bring us to their politics. But you do not have to worry, you will only marry the one whom you love. I do not care if they are muggle born or half blood or pure blood as long as you love her, its all right. And I do not want you to do that before a certain age. UNDERSTAND?
Me: YES! Father.
