Chapter 30: "What the fuck?"
A few days since Tsunade became the Fifth Hokage of Konoha. The news of her becoming Fifth Hokage was released with the deeds done by Danzo and the council members.
After seeing their real face of them, the whole village had started to hate them and they also started to support Tsunade for being the Fifth Hokage. With her being the granddaughter of First Hokage and Second Hokage, her position was solidified and there was no resistance from the civilians.
As for Ninjas and the clans, well they didn't even dare to oppose her. Let's not talk about her knowing with Wood Release, she is also one of three Sannin and had defeated Hiruzen singlehandedly.
These days, Tsunade and Hiroto discussed various things they needed to change in the village. From taxes to expenses to infrastructure to policies, everything was discussed between them and the first thing they decided to focus on was Ninja Academy and the course taught in it.
After Tsunade read the books written by Hiruzen, she directly burned them and gave the order to destroy all of these books in Konoha.
"What the fuck? All the books are related to brainwashing children to be loyal to Konoha. What will of fire? He was twisting the facts. If he really had any, then he wouldn't use these methods to brainwash them. The Will of Fire my grandfather spoke was about the villagers and Ninjas supporting and thinking about the village on their own with their heart, not from some brainwashing text they are taught and told to recite every day."
"God of Shinobi? Ptoi! What God of Shinobi? If he is the God of Shinobi, then what am I? Then what about my grandfather who singlehandedly took care of all the villages?"
"As for being called jiji by Naruto? Ptoi! What sort of Jiji give just 2500Ryo for a month and leaves a 5-year-old to live alone in an apartment? Even the apartment is in wretched condition."
That day, she cursed Hiruzen for more than an hour and only after Shizune and Hiroto gave her food and drinks, did she stop. At that time, Hiroto really wanted to do the Snickers ad but there was no Snickers in the world.
There was one good thing that happened in the village. Jiraiya, who had gotten the news of Tsunade becoming the Hokage came to the village to meet her. As he appeared in the Hokage office, he saw a boy and woman discussing a topic and a third woman checking a few documents.
"Tsun---"
"Get Out and knock on the door."
"Huh?" Jiraiya said as he looked at Tsunade and was about to speak but he saw her glaring at him and went outside without arguing.
Knock Knock.
"Come in." He heard her voice and then entered the room.
"Tsuna--"
"You are in the presence of Hokage of Konoha, so you should act like one," Shizune said in a serious voice as she saw both Tsunade and Hiroto looking at her. Her face became red as she said and even Jiraiya was shocked as he heard this.
Then, he heard the sounds of laughing and looked around. He saw Tsunade and the boy laughing at him.
"Pfff! Your face was really funny. You were right about this, Hiroto." Tsunade said while looking at Jiraiya and then shaking her head. They had already gotten to know about Jiraiya as Hiroto had sensed him.
"Jiraiya, long time no see." Tsunade said as she put on her Hokage Hat and looked at Jiraiya with a smile.
Seeing her smile, Jiraiya was shocked and happy about his friend and crush getting over her trauma.
"Yeah! It's been a long time, Tsunade. I was shocked as I heard the news about you becoming Hokage. By the way, What happened to Sensei?"
Hearing his question, a frown appeared on her face and she said, "Hiruzen? I was planning to tell you later but if you want to know, then read this."
Tsunade threw a scroll at Jiraiya who caught this and started to read. He felt the disgust in her voice as she said Sensei's name and wondered what had happened. But after he was done reading, a bitter feeling appeared as he really didn't expect his sensei to do all these things.
"Are these really the things he did??" Jiraiya asked with a shocked expression and anger on his face.
"Hmm! Leave them, It's in the past and he has already been dealt with by me. Why don't you tell me why you came here? I am sure you aren't here only for congratulating me, which you haven't done."
Jiraiya looked at her for a moment and then sighed, "I am really here to congratulate you and check the village."
'I can't say I also came to look for the new erotica writer. I heard the books started to publish from Konoha and want to meet him.'
Tsunade looked at Jiraiya for a moment and seeing no change in his expression, she nodded and said, "Jiraiya, give me the seal of Nine Tails."
Hearing her, Jiraiya narrowed his eyes and asked, "Why? What will you do with the seal? You know it is the only thing that could suppress the beast in the new Jinchuuriki."
"I know. But I can't tell you. Besides, I am asking this as Hokage of the village. Jiraiya, I want you to give me the seal or I will go directly to Mt. Myoboku for it. You don't have to worry about anything as I can assure you nothing would happen with my Senju Clan on the line." Tsunade said in a serious voice.
She knew Jiraiya wouldn't understand the reason even if she explained it to him as she only believed Kurama after meeting every day with Naruto. Besides, She believed in Hiroto to handle everything related to Nine Tails and had left the task to him.
Jiraiya silently looked at Tsunade for a minute and then bite his thumb.
