Chapter 63: HAIR DYE

Elizabeth stared at him in disbelief. She couldn't believe her ears.

Stalker? Did he just call her a stalker?!

"Why would I stalk you?" Elizabeth questioned, still shocked that she wasn't dreaming and her new boss was her date from yesterday.

"Because you're smitten" Noah declared as a matter of fact. "You're obsessed with me, Elizabeth"

"I'd never! Shoot me!" Elizabeth replied in utter sincerity, clearly disgusted by the idea.

Noah broke into a round of laughter, his eyes glinting with surprise.

Her choice of words amused him too much. Truly, compared to everyone else, this human was in a class of her own when it came to amuse him.

Elizabeth didn't find it a bit funny. How did this happen?! The one person she wanted to stay far away from ended up being her boss.

"How did this happen?" she muttered under her breath in horror but Noah's ears easily caught it.

With a knowing smile, he smirked, irking her even further.
