Chapter 47: New Class

Eburnean District. Kane had returned to his mother's house after being separated from Rachel and the others. He had finally gotten one of the ingredients for the potion and discovered that the secret Fissure organization had already infiltrated.

'Now it all makes sense,' Kane thought with a flash of inspiration, sitting in his room.

The room had a window through which the sun's golden rays filtered. It had a single bed, a closet, a dresser, a bookcase, and a wooden desk. Kane was sitting at the desk, pen in hand, reflecting on recent events.

He had noticed an important detail that had previously escaped his notice. When he finished the Historical Void fragment, a dark veil covered the sky briefly. At the time, Kane was confused and thought it was an anomaly.
